  22. Permission is granted to use HREFButtonApplet and HREFiButtonApplet 
  23. (hereafter referred to as "the applets") and HREFButton.class and 
  24. HREFiButton.class (hereafter referred to as "the classes") free of
  25. charge for non-commercial purposes providing the following conditions
  26. are adhered to:

  28. 1.  L. Todd Lowe is notified by email at ltlowe@achilles.net of the applet 
  29.     or class being used and where it is being used.

  31. 2.  A credit notice is included indicating the applet(s) or class(es) used
  32.     is copyright L. Todd Lowe.  If the applet(s) is used on a web site,
  33.     the credit notice must also appear on the site and be no smaller than
  34.     <FONT SIZE=-1> and a link must be provided to at least one of 
  35.     http://www.achilles.net/~ltlowe/java or mailto:ltlowe@achilles.net.  
  36.     If the class(es) is used in another applet, then reference must be made 
  37.     in that applet's documentation and both the above URL and email address

  60. or non-free access site for a one time charge of $25 provided all the
  61. above conditions are met with the exception of condition 3, which is
  62. waived.  For the purposes of this license, an ISP or other large site
  63. which includes pages or sections for several unrelated people or 
  64. companies does not qualify for the one time fee.  For these sites,
  65. each person or company who has a seperate section of web pages must
  66. purchase a seperate $25 license.

  70. credit to L. Todd Lowe, for a one time fee of $200.  For this fee, 
  71. conditions 2 and 3 are waived.
